In South Asian mythology, Annapoorna is the goddess of nourishment, provisioning seekers on physical, emotional and spiritual levels; strengthening their container for tolerance in order to support their growth and liberation.
I offer health and life coaching from an Ayurvedic & trauma informed perspective. I work with therapies including but not limited to: foods, lifestyle, herbs, energy work, and life-coaching. Ayurveda teaches that each of us is unique and no diet, life-style or herbal suggestion is correct for all people at all times. It is my aim to provide each client with education around what tools may be right for them to optimize their health and support their goals.

Ayurvedic Analysis: $150 / 2 hrs
General sessions: $75 / hr
6 session package: $60 / hr
My goal during the sessions is to get you practical information and tools so that you understand yourself and what may be going on and can utilize practitioner suggestions as needed. Feel free to book a discovery call or reach out via email for any questions you may have around pricing. The cadence or frequency of meeting times is your choice.
During the Ayurvedic Analysis, we will review any past and present events that had an impact on your health and life. I will offer you some information from an Ayurvedic perspective on your constitution and offer some tools to take home and experiment with (as each of us is different, the recommendations will vary depending on your needs and what you are open to). This is an investment into self-knowing. You will receive information on your birth constitution (prakruti) and current state (vikruti). Understanding your natural balance and the ways in which you tend to go out of balance can support you to make choices day to day which can be more supportive to your longterm health.
What to expect during sessions? Sessions are completely client directed. We will start off our sessions with a grounding, centering activity of your choosing, then will speak on that which is most pressing for you. These sessions offer an opportunity for you to make some space and get to know yourself and better align yourself and your world in support of your longterm health (physical and mental) to cultivate more peacefulness in yourself and for those you serve.
During your sessions you may receive guidance on:
Lifestyle: Often it is that the most subtle changes may yield the most profound results. Daily routines and habits when curated to the individuals needs can be a very effective form of preventative medicine.
Food: Preparation methods, eating habits and foods themselves as treatment and prevention for imbalances you may be experiencing. This information will be unique to each individual taking into account their unique physical and mental constitution, where they reside, the season, the individual's age/time of life, and lifestyle. Spices are a great form of natural medicine which enhance the foods taste and healing properties.
Further supplementation: Herbs and more. Herbal treatment methods are not a replacement for lifestyle and dietary solutions, but work to enhance them.
Life coaching: These sessions are self directed, meaning that we are co-creating solutions that work for you.
Breathwork/meditation/energy work/reflection: The physical impacts the mental and vice versa. To create change, we must eventually address both, although addressing one will impact the other.
